Sporting Life

A significant amount of my free time is now spent managing the sports schedules of my three kids.  Certainly we have made sports a more complicated affair with a bit too much adult intervention and money being spent.  Here is a look at some of the sporting adventures over the years....

You are just not stopping a guy in red pants.
Born to play hockey !

Where do you think I get my superior coordination ?

Jake displaying his speed down to first base

Nan proudly displaying her One-on-One Champion Trophy
Waiting for the next victims.  We are quite the dynamic duo.

The Olen vertical leap on display

Uncle Gary - Professor of the Paddle

Uncle Gary getting pointers from Brett
Do NOT mess with me !
Karen entering a race on a whim and winning it...
Jeff showing Catherine the finer points of basketball
Jeans on the basketball court - really ?
Apparently I peaked athletically in April of 1976

"Oh yea I am ready"

Me chucking up 3 pointers at the old garden.
Nan - looking really tall on the PQ soccer field

Took us awhile to figure out he was a lefty !

Jeff soaking in all the hockey knowledge

OK - fishing is not really a sport but I liked the picture of Grandma Kuhn and ??

Jake hitting the trail in a cross country meet last Fall.

Nice form on the backhand

The start of Kelsey's soccer career
Dad rallying the troops to face the dreaded light blue team !

What ?  No pants for soccer ?
Bretto showing off his moves

Jake displaying his patented two paddle technique
My wife running cross country in high school
